All their thoughts and ideas are dedicated to their worries and depression, so there’s no room for eating in there. It’s evident, that they can’t even remember that they have to eat sometimes.

So, if you want your appetite to come back to you, you should solve your psychological problems. You should see a therapist and analyze the reasons of those negative symptoms. The therapist can prescribe you some special medicines, which will help you cope with your troubles. For example, if you feel nausea and no appetite because of high blood pressure, you can be prescribed medicines, which will low your blood pressure.
Another thing you can do is get more sleep, eat well, do some physical exercises. What’s more, you should try to avoid stress and problems, and get concentrated on positive things. It’d be useful to talk to people you like, laugh with them. You can spend some time on your hobby, the thing that brings you much pleasure and happiness.
There’s something more you have to remember. Your anxiety disorder doesn’t have to be the reason for your loss of appetite. There can be some other reasons, which are not connected with your nervous system. For example, there can be cardiac failure, bronchial asthma, ulcerative colitis, appendicitis or kidneys disorder. That’s why before you go to a therapist, you should have a full medical examination.
